Started talking with Danny just to see if I would be willing to sell or not, we got the process going and I was going with new build. Of course they have incentives if you use their lender. Danny would not let me use him since the lenders offer was much better than he could get. Well that house fell through and Danny was willing to jump right in and work with me.
