I had decided to purchase a home across the country in the greater Nashville area and I have to thank god everyday that Mr. Sarmento was working with me on this big step in my life. Mr. Sarmento not only was highly informed about the local laws and market but he also was extremely flexible with me whole time we worked through the home purchase process. Danny spent many late night hours answering my questions and really exploring all options to ensure I was really receiving a mortgage that I could afford and maintain. Mr. Sarmento's calm and polite attitude was exactly what I needed when I had decided to make tis big purchase from across the country.
